Welcome to Tig Lammax
Your home from home Bed & breakfast accommodation in the heart of the Lee Valley
Tig Lammax is a small Bed and Breakfast in our family home where you will be made welcome by Moira for your stay in Corcoran's Pod (our glamping pod) or our Campervan.
While you are welcome for your overnight stop between Cork City and the Ring of Kerry, we are also well placed as a base for exploring all that County Cork can offer, from Midleton, Fota and Cobh in the east, to the delights of West Cork and Kerry in the west.
We will be delighted to arrange your itinerary for a two to four night stay (or more), making sure that you don't miss any of the main tourist opportunites of the region.
We also welcome visiting business people especially from Danone Nutricia (5 mins away), as well as the local businesses in Coolcower and Macroom.
July Covid-19 Update
It is with regret that we are no longer taking bookings for our Campervan and Guest Room due to the Coronavirus Covid-19. However, our Glamping Pod remains available for bookings from August 10th from countries on the "Green List" as it may be updated from time to time. Please check on the Irish Government website for local restrictions.

May Covid-19 Update
With the arrival of the pandemic, I have had to rethink our hospitality. For the foreseeable future, our guest rooms in the house are closed. Existing bookings will be accommodated in Corcoran's Pod. Corcoran's Pod and our Campervan will still be available to book as and when the government allows (currently July 20th) but we will no longer be serving any meals. All this is to ensure that the house remains a safe place for me. I do look forward to being able to welcome you once more to Tig Lammax.

Covid-19 Update
With the worldwide disruption to travel caused by the Covid-19 virus we have closed our Guest Room to new bookings until May, however Corcoran's Pod will remain open to new bookings.
We are taking every precaution to avoid spreading the virus and we are asking all guest to cooperate by reading the safety notices, washing hands frequently and using the provided hand sanitiser. Hopefully you and I will both come through this fit and well.
